The theme of the second half of 2018 for me has been Discipline

I’ve been persistently trying to wake up before 5:30 every day to start my day and get into my routine. I don’t always succeed, I’m human and I snooze. But the pursuit brings me much closer to the person I want to be than I have ever been historically.
